Not a single lie in sightâŚâŚ
Hello, college grad that actually wrote an award winning paper on this topic! Hereâs some knowledge Iâd like to share: Thereâs actually been studies as to why itâs usually white kids, a large conclusion amongst the criminology community is that those that often have more privileged lives (white kids in our societyâs case) are less adept to dealing with stress and denial. Whereas minorities and others are more likely to cope and function normally despite stressors because of the constant stressors that come from systematic racism and/or other platforms of more limited priviledge.
TL;DR: Itâs usually a white kid because their privilege incacipated their ability to learn how to handle stress/ denial/ whatever without acting out. The less privileged are done used to the bs and thus typically dont turn to extreme measures as coping mechanisms.

i literally canât stop thinking about this video and i lose it every time
Lmfao
okay everything about this video is absolute gold:
- the fact that the guy argues via the puppet the entire time
-
the music
- âletâs discuss the contradictionâ
- the overuse of the word âcameraâ
- the way the puppet goes from trying to placate the guy to actively arguing against the guy and like turning it around on the guy
- âyoure consciously making a conscious choiceâ
- the fact that by the end the puppet is basically screaming and the music is just. so loud.
- âYOURE BREAKING THE CAMERAâ as the video abruptly ends
for anyone who wants to see more stuff like this, you can probably find clips of it on YouTube. it came from a show called âWonder Showzenâ and itâs responsible for these gems, too:

- the fact that the guy argues via the puppet the entire time

Too many endings. They’re all the same. Which means there’s only one ending he won’t expect. — Hush (2016) dir. Mike Flanagan

as women become more bold, men become more insecure and lash out at any woman they can’t control to keep the rest of us in line. this dynamic doesn’t change no matter what qualifiers you slap on them.
